ORVELL products may be produced and fulfilled on demand through Printful. This means production begins after an order is placed; the customer-facing experience remains ORVELL.
Processing and production
Printful currently states an average fulfillment time of 2–5 business days. This is an estimate, not a guarantee, and may vary with product availability, order volume, design files, and capacity.
Transit and delivery
Shipping time depends on the product and delivery destination. Estimated delivery combines estimated fulfillment and estimated shipping time. It is not a guaranteed delivery date. Third-party carriers handle delivery and available service levels vary by destination.
Orders with multiple items
An order may arrive in more than one shipment because products can use different packaging or fulfillment locations. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and may reflect separate shipments.
Customs, duties, and taxes
If a product is fulfilled from a region different from the delivery destination, customs, handling fees, import duties, or taxes may apply depending on local rules. Any such charges are the customer’s responsibility unless the checkout expressly states otherwise.
Address accuracy and delivery issues
Please check your address carefully before submitting payment. If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, unclaimed customs, or refusal, reshipment may be possible and additional shipping charges may apply.
